This soundtrack had no business going this hard. The show is incredible, but I found myself rewinding just to hear the music again!

[SEASON 3 SPOILERS] Sucks that this wasn't touched in season 2, but I can totally envision this during Maki VS the Zenin Clan. Especially at the drop, I can see Maki slaughtering all the Zenin grunts while flashing to shots of her and Mai dancing on the beach. I think the name of the song works for that moment too, since Maki held no hesitation towards destroying the clan. Would be a huge missed opportunity if they didn't do that, but we'll have to wait and see.

Fun fact: They finally used this song but in a mobile gacha game called JJK Phantom Parade on the boss battle for the Phase 2 of the Hidden Inventory arc (Geto event) where Gojo and Geto fought a giant tree cursed spirit.

I guess they never found a place to play this so it could show up in season 2. Apparently there was a track in season 1 that either never played or barely showed up but was played in season 2 so it has a chance to show up in season 2 and there is plenty of moments in season 3/CG arc it can show up in especially since that arc is a bit more chill than the Shibuya arc.

As great as the song is, I get why it wasn’t used so much (or at all). It sounds very bright, hopeful, and kind of heroic. Apart from ep 1-3, Season 2 was definitely not the place for this.
