Brown Ale - Tasting Big Drop Brewing Non Alcoholic Beer
Glen sits down with Rob Fink co-creator of Big Drop Brewing, one of the vanguards of the low-ABV brewing space. Together they taste and talk about the Big Drop Brewing Brown Ale non alcoholic beer.
This traditional Brown Ale is malt forward with a toasty aroma and soft notes with a light use of hops.

Ingredients:
Water, barley, wheat, lactose (milk), hops, yeast

Big Drop Brewing was launched in 2016 by Rob Fink, and James Kindred. They brought on renowned experimental brewer Johny Clayton and together they perfected the techniques, grain bill, and yeasts necessary to brew true alcohol free beer at 0.5%ABV without the need to artificially remove the alcohol. They have won several brewing awards for their beer, and it’s available in markets worldwide.

We’ll be tasting the full range of Big Drop Brewing Beers in this series:

I hate that people assume bitters won't sell in the US/CA. It's one of the best beers in the UK, and even in the UK it was hard to find a nice bitter ale. I can tell you one thing, if you went into the cities of the US and CA, and marketed it right, it would sell really well. Especially in major cities. It's an English tradition that appears to be dying out, but it absolutely should not.
