Micro Piezo Vacuum Pump Pumping Down

The pump consist of three piezos, one 20mm diameter piezo is the pumping chamber, and two 15mm diameter piezos are active valves to give direction to the flow of air. There are micro o-rings under the valve piezos which are made of silicone rubber (PDMS). This pump achieves a maximum vacuum of -40kPa.
