I use the 80mm Pancolar on Praktica MTL/PLC /VLC cameras and on Contax RTS for around 30 years.
And this gem really is a no-brainer, a hammer.
I will use it for blackandwhite films in the next months.
The Pancolar 80 is definitely a portrait specialist, but with an extension ring it's a macro specialist too, and a macro lens with f1.8 !
