I am holding out now I have a 980ti and a 8320 Piledriver 8 core (overclocked to 4ghz) and they both do the job fine, including running my Vive at 2.0 super sampling all the time on any title, Wait see what next gen VR units bring and I may upgrade.

1:50 quick note: CAD software is very poorly threaded and favors CPU's with better single core performance

when we talk to cores and threads.. amd is going serious lol

For me, Intel is always one step ahead from AMD, they create new architecture which is 15% faster then last one (Skylake) and I can tell it worth it, I personally use Kaby lake and I see differences, but when someone says aa AMD has more cores, that`s not always key in CPU, when you try to overclock one of the newest AMD Ryzen CPU`s your PC get crashed, why I don`t know, I just watched few videos, also in past, they were selling dual core but CPU were acting like single, for me intel is bad ass in this point, because I used i3 and older AMD CPU chip and I saw differences in compiling code in Visual Studio and other text editors for example, 200k line of code on AMD it took around 7 seconds, but on intel`s one it took around 5 seconds, it`s big difference. And to add in the end of this shitty comment :D that I really like content which you are recording and reviewing.
