The 2023 LEGO Star Wars Chewbacca Buildable Character is a great package for $200 if you aren't creeped out by his face! He's got an authentic Bow-caster, flowing fur, and sweet bandolier. All along the PRINTED collectors card and Chewbacca Minifigure!

It's an absolute travesty that this set doesn't have cake like the model at Disney springs. If this Chewbacca was double cheeked/caked up it'd be worth $200

Honestly they should do a cool buildable C-3PO in the same scale, would look stellar alongside buildable R2, however I’m not sure how Lego would do all the robotic details and make it look accurate.

$200 is a lot but i have to be honest for a character thats all fur this turned out better than i expected. Creating chewy in plastic has always been an issue . fur isnt easy in plastic lol

I like the face, there's a distinctive cuteness to it. And it also captures some of the otherworldy uncanniness of Chewbacca as he appeared in the original trilogy. He's a pretty intimidating character to begin with, at least on the outside. We all know Chewie is really a gentle giant :)

I actually really like this set and think the fur looks really good. That being said for $200 it’s hard pass for me but maybe if it’s on sale I would be interested

The designer nailed Chewbacca pretty well. The face you just can’t get around that I mean even the movie up close of Chewbacca is awkward because of the costume. Probably won’t get it cause I don’t need a foot tall Chewbacca staring into my soul.
But I would definitely pick up a clone or even a b1/b2.

I think the stand looks like that because it's supposed to be from the death star hanger. Also around 5:40, it's really creepy how the eyes keep following you

Wow that’s atrocious like don’t get me wrong the whole body and bow and everything is amazingly done it’s just that face is mind numbingly terrifying. But damn 17 bags in a $200 set?!

Can’t believe they didn’t for the first time ever, give chewy arm and toe printing. They coulda made the definitive Chewbacca minifigure. Justice for chewy😤
