You're spot on Prashant, Also US has been controlling the yen and this sell off was bound to happen and it never went unnoticed. We just didn't pay attention because we were all blindly buying into bull market.

If investors borrow from Japan and deploy money in other markets. I don’t understand why Japan market falling, isn’t it unwinding should bring other markets down where those carry trade money is invested?
