Borrowing a thermal camera in 4 simple steps

Wow! people were moaning about trying to get their hands on Oasis tickets, I've been applying for the loan of a Thermal camera for three years now only to be told " You have to reapply each year as it's first come first served." Ah well, Octopus were kind enough to send us a heated throw which is excellent, Perhaps Octopus could send a reminder to those unsuccessful applicants as to when next years scheme opens.

What's the point of just putting a video up of a scheme that is already closed, website says wait list for 2024/26 is full??

What is the point of telling us about a scheme that's currently closed and we can't take part of? 4 simple steps? Step 1 should be "click on the link every day for a whole year and you might get to rent one for winter 2035/2026..."

Why not try to get persons to go around and help ? 1 person can travel and do ? 30 homes in a day while delivery services are much slower.
Creating jobs and checking your equipment.

I cant help but think about a time i knew someone that messed around with a metter and hurt a lot of people. They need checking.
