Yes, I did know that “quotation” that you read was a verse from the Star Spangled Banner. I could not say exactly that it was the 4th verse, but knew it was one of the verses. Yes, red, white, and blue for the entire summer. I do that. Also Flag Day is in the summer, June 14….today actually. And don’t store it away too far because you will want to get it back out for Veterans’ Day in November before you decorate for Thanksgiving. Love Red, White and Blue!

You forgot Flag Day which is today, June 14th. In Utah we also have the 24th of July which is Utah's holiday and it's red, white and blue too. So you're right all the way through labor day. Love red, white and blue.

I hope to eventually add a 2nd subscription box, and this is a strong contender. I love that she gives you everything you need for the top. I could see making a table runner from this pattern or even a single pineapple as a small wall hanging, very versatile pattern. Thanks for providing the link!

Did you know, Gutermann spools have a secret compartment? Pull up on the top, and inside you'll find a place to store needles or pins. Great for traveling.
