I believe using this as headers and footers or like the quick link example is the best thing… Creating the checklist using the template directly is easier than syncing and unsyncing every single time (and I’m using your template for managing my YT videos)… but in general, this feature is very useful and I’m glad it’s finally in Notion!!!

Thats great, thanks!! My first Idea was to build a synced praise database that I can dig into every time I feel like my work is not being helpful or noticed by anyone.

So basically there is a synced block on every project page that I received some nice words too and one central page where these blocks are all connected (if I need the full dose)

Very useful, thanks! I also find out that synced blocks are a great way to "copy" filters and sorts from one database to another. Save a lot of time for me!

A crucial caveat of 'syncing' and 'unsyncing' SOPs is that if I want to make slight changes to my Master SOP (in which some portions are made of small checklists), those changes would not be reflected across my other projects where I might have embedded those blocks.
And the embedded notes part exists in Obsidian too!

My only add would be in cases where the synced block is a checklist that you’d want to unsync for a particular instance is to put a note at the top of the synced block reminding you to unsync the block and delete the reminder. Otherwise when in a hurry I can see someone (ok, me) checking things off and 2 days later realizing I’d just messed up everything. Little reminders help!
