I mean, there's verified video of him waving a handgun around as a convicted felon, snorting cocaine, possessing cocaine, and having sex with prostitutes, not to mention millions in unexplained bank transfers from unknown foreign entities. It's not a question of "if" hes a criminal but "how big" of one. He definitely belongs in prison

Unlike Dan Goldman, Tony Bobulinski is not a pathological liar and he was hired by Hunter and has first hand personal knowledge that Joe WAS the big guy and WAS very involved in Hunters crimes.
