Well you have to try the Karmin clipless curling iron. You can check that one out online. It's the best curling iron brand I've ever used!

Team Curling Iron if I were to curl hair, but I 99.9% time prefer straight hair. I rather have the object curl my hair then me have to wind my hair with a wand,
partially due to my dominant shoulder does not let me put a lot of stress on it due to an injury I never bounced back from. Then there's the not having to be as careful to not accidentally burn yourself.
But if you are Team Curling Wands, more power to ya! ☺ Either preference doesn't hurt anyone else.
You can curl with flat iron if you know what you are doing. If you flat iron to straighten hair, I seriously recommend Pro Infiniti series. I got the ceramic one that came with oil. You will want to use that One'N'Only Argain Oil! Don't use higher heat then necessary ( I found out I only need setting 15, not 30) and no concerns for so much heat damage.

Well, I prefer the curling wand, for me is more easy to handle and I specially I have the one from karmin, is easy and fast.

i use a curling iron. i tend to burn myself with the curling wand, and who knows where that little heat proof glove went... i get the same result when wrapping my hair around the curling iron but without using the clamp part just wrap hair around entire barrel without opening the clamp.

I hate curling irons with the clip I am getting a curling wand with no clip 😊 I could never curl my hair with a curling iron or a hair straightener either to difficult for me.

If you get a good curling wand your curls will look just like you used a curling iron and less damage

Which holds a curl better/ longer? In the last few years my hair curled with an iron looks great until I go out the door and then I look like I've been caught in a downpour. I have yet to get a wand because I feel like it would be a waste of money if the curls still won't hold.

I'm deciding on buying a really good curling wand/iron for my birthday. I have pretty decent thick, long hair which is up to my waist. I'm not sure which one to buy. All I know is that I want nice elegant, big bouncy but not too spiraly curls lol xDD
