Classic Game Room reviews FORZA HORIZON 2 for Xbox One (i is also on Xbox 360, my bad), the driving game where you drive around mini-Europe and compete in a variety of events with fancy cars!! Be careful not to run over any hipsters.... although the game won't actually let you do that. Sadly. Luxury brands like Ferrari, Bugatti and Laborghini are here. You'll find the GT-R, Corvette, Supra and Nissan 300ZX too. Just don't expect too much innovation or an exciting environment, this one feels like a carbon copy of the first game tossed out quickly for the holidays on Xbox One. There's some good driving and fun to be had, but it lacks that certain "something" that makes the first game better. Hey Mark, if you wanna put guns on your car I highly recommend Gas Guzzlers Extreme. It's PC only right now but they have talked about porting it to consoles later. I think I've mentioned it to you before but I still highly recommend it. It's great!

The only good station in Horizon 2 was Levant FM, because it was the only station that wasn't EDM and dubstep.

I love how you always try to commit homicide and destroy the surroundings even when the game doesn't call for it. That's why your reviews are so much more entertaining than the corporate ones.

Don't feel bad, Mark. The world of InFamous: Second Son was a soulless, devoid-of-life purgatory as well.

Yes, there were citizens... but there was no life in them. No believability. They just stood there, their entire lives arbitrarily programmed to either cheer or boo you depending upon which shallow karma choice you chose.

Then when Mr. Focus Group Hipster runs off to fight the same yellow DUP soldier for the umpteenth time, that particular group of citizens you encountered stops moving and goes back to doing absolutely nothing. Unless they're in a protest group. Then they actually wave their arms!

And all the while you remember that nearly 13-15 years ago, on limited hardware, Nintendo made one of the most intricate, layered worlds in Majora's Mask. Where every citizen had a story and a life to live, regardless if you were around to see it or not.

So the cafes you drive by may be devoid of people, Mark, but at least the developers had the foresight NOT to include useless husks of NPCs and threw all their resources into great gameplay.

Maybe if Sucker Punch had had the courtesy not to waste coding on such useless NPCs maybe they could've focused on making Second Son fun to play. But nope, they pooled everything into the graphics and slap-dashed everything else together at the end.

Worst game of the decade in my opinion.
