Once you know the basics of the JavaScript programming language, you’ll want to turn your attention to improving the quality of your code and making your JavaScript more maintainable for the future.
So I thought it was worth sharing with you some of the approaches i’ve discovered whilst working as a developer to write better code.
In the video, i’ll cover topics like what is a linter, why you should use a JavaScript style guide, what is refactoring, why you should write JavaScript tests and ultimately how to write better JavaScript with an aim of getting you to understand how to write clean code.
We'll also talk about peer review code which is where you get others to go over your code before committing it into a main branch. We'll also answer the question 'What is refactoring?' and talk about why it's important to write JavaScript tests
The points we'll cover in the video are all important for Junior Developer interviews and they may even form part of your Junior Devleoper interview questions so be sure to make note of these points so you can answer how to write better code in your Junior Developer interview.
