Outside of the Big Muff clone conversation. I wanted to let you know the DRONE MASTER is absolutely fantastic. It is way more nuanced than I expected. The DM is extremely sensitive to your pick attack, vol, and has all the harmonics. Excellent work. Thank you for sharing your gift.

Who needs ASMR when you can listen to the classic riffs over and over as he tweaks the settings on all the pedals. I'm not even joking this is satisfying to listen to 😂

10, 000 Years is still the fucking bomb to this day. Such an awesome pile of riffs

I love how nasty the fuzz war is, it's different enough that i didnt even know it was a muff clone until this video

The band that first made me love the muff was Mudhoney. They used op-amp muffs along with a univox superfuzz

Lee Ranaldo, J Mascis. and Robert Fripp used the Black Russian Big Muff! That's the one I have, but I want the green one and the NYC too

Me and Lou from Halfway to Gone had the Black and Yellow and bought them on tour with Alabama Thunderpussy in Tampa...when we were in Solarized.

I own 4 different muffs, the green reissue, the NYC nano, op amp reissue and a bass big muff, they are all super different, best fuzz sound of all time.

I just built myself a green Russian clone with a toggle for flat EQ and I'm thinking about adding some more mods. I listen to a ton of artists that use muffs and it's hard not to love the sound, but for some reason, they've never really FELT the way I wanted them to playing through them.

I've been enjoying my op amp reissue lately..I do wanna grab a green Russian reissue though to try it out....also looking to snag a swollen pickle, I don't hear a ton about that pedal surprisingly

Who likes Big Muffs and Matt Pike? This guy!!! All were great, but the EHX Op-Amp, and the Triangle clone really stood out for me.

op amp reissue is my favorite but the Triangle clone is a close second. that being said i could see the mf4 land on either my guitar or bass boards

That Fuzz war sounds crazy. I was also really surprised how good the Op Amp reissue sounded. Of course the MF-4 is always killer. That's why its my Fuzz of choice. 🤘

My favourite is still a triangle I think. I have tried to like more modern muffs and its the style I think I prefer. Depends on the amp, guitar and riffs but there is something I like in the midrange (or lack thereof being a muff).

This should be great! I think the Black Russian was either my first pedal or at least in the first couple of pedals.

Such a great video man, been looking forward to this one. For me the Green Russian is the holy grail, but when it comes to cutting through a mix in a band situation, maybe the triangle or op amp would be better. MF 4 mid versatility is damn cool too 🤘. How about a RAT circuit shoot-out next?

Plumes(mode 1) as a drive into a Big Muff w/ Tone wicker, wicker on is the absolute thickest but still tight sounding fuzz tone i've ever gotten
