This has to be one of my favorite green lantern villain origins. Imagine spending your entire life to get a ring and it’s about to pick you only for it to glitch and pick a different human

Imagine a super powered kid running around beating up bad guys, demolishing cosmic threats and trying to make the world a better place, while everyone else is reacting realistically to the situation and panicking at the fact that there is a extremely dangerous child on the loose. The world would be in complete chaos, but it would be pretty funny.

This writing doesn’t make sense. If he had fear why would the ring go to him in n the first place. Also being absolutely without fear is not a prerequisite to be a Green Lantern, it’s more about the courage to push through said fear.

Some how I think this was a very avoidable situation, this was somebody that would have venerated the lanterns and the guardians, and instead got picked up by the big bad that wasn't as picky apparently and yet waited eons just for THIS ONE guy 😂. Why do the guardians like making their own enemies, so damn much ?

The man wanted to be a hero, a good man, but the ring the ring had other plans for him. The ring literally possessed him as a puppet of evil and good? I don't know. He might be good because the ring takes ALL emotions, so he might be evil and good or only evil
