If I would be hosting an application in "RemoteDesktopPc" and if users would like to get an access my site, do they have to set up in their local machine accordingly by their own ? What if the users are not aware of this process. Alternatively my question, How does the domain is accessible publicly, can you please share your thoughts in this regard ?

My problem is that since I switched from Charter Spectrum cable to Frontier fiber, I can no longer see my internally hosted websites. Pingdom can see and test my sites, so I know they are online, but if I access them locally, the browser says "site took too long to respond".
I don't understand how the ISP can be blocking access from my computer when I'm using the same router as I used with Charter.

I hosted a website using IIS n through IP address i am accessing it another pc in same network, i successfully access the website but whenever i click the "speak" button it shows not allowed error i think it is not given permission to the microphone
