Kemi Badenoch has been confirmed as the new leader of the Conservative Party, beating Robert Jenrick to replace Rishi Sunak.

The North West Essex MP won the contest by 57 per cent to 43 per cent.

The result comes after last night a new poll by BMG Research found that if a general election was held today, 29 per cent of the country would vote for the Tories, while 28 per cent would back Labour.

The first black woman leader, the first woman chancellor; I'm more interested in what they do rather than what they are.

They were never going to get my vote again and nothing has changed there. However this is the best news Reform could ever dream of roll on the local elections where I will be standing for Councillor.

Doesn't make a difference. Tories are still in deep trouble. The quality of Tory MPS is poor. no signs of any real leadership ability. But even on their worst day, they are still light years ahead of Stasi Labour.

And it makes no difference at all. The cons are still corrupt, just like liebour. Everyone seems more concerned with her gender and skin colour than the actual ability she brings to the table, which is pretty much F all tbh.
liebour has the majority so the cons being in opposition means nothing as they have literally no power to change anything liebour put in motion.
Unless the cons and liebour are both removed, it will keep getting worse for the people of the UK.

Wow, that was inevitable for two reasons...can't say why though, as having to be careful nowadays, for another reason I should not talk about!
