A Beautiful collectible 1894 Elgin pocket watch. A beautifully polished coin silver hunters case, size 18. This immaculate case is in good condition and does show aging, which is to be expected of a watch of this age and only adds to its character. Elgin National Watch Co. single sunk porcelain dial with black enamel Roman numerals and minute markers. The dial does have some hairlines. Beautiful metallic blue hour, minute, and seconds hands. Inner lid case marked D & CO COIN 5, 72013. Crystal is in good condition. Mechanical key wind and key set, 7 jewel gilt finish movement # 5019702. Grade 97, model 1, class 6. Movement signed ELGIN NATL. WATCH CO. 5019702, ELGIN ILL. Manufacturer in Elgin, Illinois. Case measures 60.5mm diameter.
