Yeah, sure, the guys with options *seem* better on paper, but they treat you like crap and don't make time and attention for you, so they're not actually great! This is silly/stupid. We wouldn't have to settle is these "great" guys weren't encouraged to be players and actually focused on women who were on their level, instead of playing with a bunch of little girls who also aren't "good enough" for them...
