🟢 Ingredients:
☑️ 2 pounds of Ground Beef
☑️ 2 1-ounce packets of Taco Seasoning
☑️ 1/2 cup Water
☑️ 1 15-ounce can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
☑️ 1 14.5-ounce can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, undrained
☑️ 1 1/2 cups Chunky Salsa
☑️ 2 cups Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded
☑️ 4 cups Tortilla Chips, lightly crushed
☑️ 1 cup Sour Cream
☑️ 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced

I made that dish and it is awesome. I changed mine up and I cut up bell pepper onion and put that in there. When I'm browning the meat it just gives it another flavor and then when I dish it out to everybody or for myself. I do lettuce some more tomato, shredded cheese and sour cream in each bowl that I put it in

Nice dish. There are so many variations that can be made from this recipe. Thanks for sharing. Omit the chips and add more cheese, this would be a delicious chip dip. If a person is on a strict budget, use egg noodles instead of the chips and add a can of corn to stretch the meal. Keep up the good work!

...We made a very similar Dush in the 70's...Taco Bake .. the difference is putting the Corn Chips ( of choice ) only on the TOP, then covered with lots of Shreeded Cheesescof ones choice.

You say "2 packs" of Taco Seasoning, but I have a large container. So would it be like 1/4 or 1/3 cup equivalent?
