I have 2 previous head injuries so comprehending is not my strong point.

If I set the settings in menu to manual focus, then all I have to do is use the rotating ring on top of the camera, am I correct?

So what you are saying, is EVERY TIME I want to take a photo in the MANUAL Focus mode, I have to use the rotating dial?

If I was taking a picture of an eagle jumping off a limb, I wouldn't have time to use the rotating dial.

This camera has a weird image processing once you take a photo, it's like a smooth filter that makes every photo look a bit blurry and soft. I tried switching to raw or going into the camera settings but I coultn't turn it off. I hope someone reading this knows a solution for this issue, it makes the camera inusable for me.

Anyone can tell me why this poweshot is cheaper and apparently more efficient than a full frame Camera and better than any tele-photo lenses sold apart ? And about "zoom capacity" so Expensive Tele-photo Lenses has this cpacity (67 zoom max) ? Sorry I'm newbe in Cameras. I only could understand this! But almost making up my mind about purchasing this beauty.

The SX70 is a good camera but the image quality from the 20 megapixel sensor is not as good as your older 12 megapixel sensor in the SX50. Fine details at low ISO are not great and things get very smudge as the ISO rises. If you brought out an SX80 which had a sensor as good as or better than the SX50's 12 megapixel sensor I'd buy it.
