Angelo’s Original Drive-In Hamburgers remains a classic neighborhood restaurant that has stood the test of time. It is located at 511 S. State College, has an eclectic, homey feeling, and maintains much of its 1950’s allure, as many local guests originally visited the restaurant as children many years ago. It was developed in the 1950’s as a hamburger restaurant and became Angelo’s in the 1970’s. Angelo’s boasts a large menu of char-broiled hamburgers, delicious sandwiches, golden fries, and their signature hand-battered zucchini sticks and giant onion rings.
