Aquatics - Pretzel Crunch

Stand with feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent, and core braced. Hold the "pretzel" noodle in front of your chest, resting at the surface of the water. Squeeze your core muscles as your press the "pretzel" under the water toward your hips until elbows are straight. Hold as directed, then SLOWLY bring the "pretzel" back to starting position.

Do not let the "pretzel" pop back up to the surface quickly.

To make a "pretzel": Use a thin pool noodle and tie it into a knot
