Re-training won’t help police become decent human beings. They were hired for their psychopathic and sociopathic qualities, not altruism. If they are going to be trained train them on the US Constitution, all of it!

I saw several videos from this guy.

A few towns left him alone, a few times trying to accuse him of panhandling, and a few cops made the mistake of arresting him.

It's a shame civilians have to do the equivalent of a sting operation on the police to ensure our rights are respected.
