7400 apartment cost is around 40Cr and what I heard is. Owner is not sure if this will be used for staying, it can be a weekend home.
That 30 year son would have an apartment that 99.9% of Indians cannot afford, monthly maintenance itself will be more than our normal bank EMIs.
Forgot to mention interior design was good.

For information price of apartment in thus society is somewhere around 30-35 crores. My relative's known live in DLF Mangolia on rent they pay 5 lakh per month. Apartment in Mangolia is priced anywhere around 17-20 crores.

This is a level of wealth that is staggering..

4bhk flat at camilias, (one of the most expensive properties). As a temporary second home. With interior design that would be equal to the cost of the flat itself.
