For those still having trouble finding it, you're heading towards the north-most gate of the capitol heading from Mt. Gelmir. You'll know you're close if you're near massive walls and there's barricades and soldiers guarding the road leading to a gate going into the walls. The big giveaway is if catapults are slinging boulders at you. Once inside the walls, there's a grace. Like the video said, there's a path near the right of the entrance (if you're inside the walls) that leads up a hill and eventually wraps around near the wall where the merchant shack is.

Pro tip kill him to get his bell (all other merchants you find too) and then you can buy their stuff at roundtable hold for ease.

If you want to save on souls there are four bears and a few birds just behind the artists shack in limgrav. Easy farm for big bones and fletchings

Just be careful going there at night, as you'll run into a Bell Bearing Hunter instead. Pretty sure he's the 2nd toughest of the 4.
