यानी कि उसमें एससी एसटी ओबीसी वूमेन मैन कोई भी जा सकता था लेकिन अब जो बंदा सिलेक्ट ( for DV)हुआ है वह ओबीसी है यानी कि वह ओबीसी PH हुआ है

तो उसे बंदे की Category क्या रहेगी अब यह ओपन में अकाउंट होगा या फिर ओबीसी में ही अकाउंट होगा
