This is the Evans family. They are a family of 8, 3 dogs and a snake living on a bus they renovated themselves. They are passionate about experiencing the world rather than reading about it and wanted their children to have life experiences they couldn't give them living a stationary life.

Some people say they can't go tiny because they have a family. The Evans family shows that if you really desire to live and travel full time on the road, you can make it happen!

I grew up in a tiny home before it was “cool” with my parents, sister and two dogs. I loved it! Ignore all the judgy comments, it’s not for everyone but for my family it was heaven! I would have loved to live in a Skoolie as a kids and my kids have been begging my husband and I to live in a Skoolie, so we are are getting our house ready to sell and get our Skoolie! I will say living tiny and homeschooling made our family extremely close knit. My sister is truly my best friend and my mom and and I are best friends. There are so many wonderful lessons to learn when you stop working for “stuff” and start living for God and to create memories with your family!

Beautifully designed! The only thing that makes me feel uncomfortable is the room in the storage area. With propane bottles nearby, it kind of scares me if there was an emergency and I'd feel really claustrophobic in that space even as a small kid....

Beautifully designed bus however, I’m really uncomfortable about their son sleeping in a storage compartment. There’s just not enough air in such a small enclosure even if there’s a hole in his ceiling. Apart from their son’s room, they have a wonderful setup and are Blessed to be living this kind of life. I wish my son and I had lived on the road when he was younger, still, at least we go on road trips now with his car. 😊

Having grown up in a family of 8, these two are brave and amazing. Life for me didn't begin until we started camping. Do I have a few stories! Now nearing 70, my ashes will go (better go) to a hidden mossy trimmed, huge pine lined pond deep in the Adironacks. Funny, at 14 I decided that...sat down, soaked in the heavenly, quiet, secluded peace where it seemed nothing else existed and said, "Wow, I wanna be here forever!" We should all feel that place in our souls.

They did a great job turning that touring bus a permanent home, it’s simple but look good

There are four bunks plus the boy's room under the bus plus the bed for the couple and that is a total of 7. Where is the bed for the 8th?

I LOVE this! It looks quite roomy inside. They have a lot of stuff (because kids), but it looks very tidy and not at all cluttered. Also looks easy to clean. This is the first bus conversion that looks like something I'd live in, with minimal change (like, no bunk beds, because no kids).

What a wonderful life. I'm happy for anyone who actually gets to live out this dream that so many of us have but not everyone can achieve.

This home is so lively and accommodates so much in a small space yet doesn't look/feel hectic.

Super nice bus! They seem like a great family. My only suggestion is that I would have made more bedrooms under the bus for when the kids become teenagers. Having survived raising two boys and a girl to adulthood I can tell you raising teenagers is stressful and at times you don't even want to look at them! lol!!!

Gotta change the gate valve (pause button) on your shower to a ball valve and you could put a nice wooden handle to match the barrel. The ball valve will make it so you have a lever that rotates 90*

I would guess their children are taught to respect each others' spaces. Nice home, love the colors! I am happy they have dogs along---great company for kids and can be a lot of comfort. I an impressed!

The table is really cool! Very impressed that these parents prioritized their family over acquiring ‘stuff’. Congrats!
