Earthquake strikes near coast of Turkey

CNN Turk anchor Meltem Bozbeyoğlu was live on air when a 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Istanbul, Turkey.

I'm from Hatay, where the earthquake of February 6, 2023, caused the most damage. I was once in my aunt's kitchen, wanting to drink water. I was just about to reach for a glass in the cupboard when the glasses fell down. My first thought was: It wasn't me. I didn't do anything. Only those who have experienced an earthquake can imagine the shock—mental, physical, and as a force of nature.
