Traditionally viewed as a 3 ingredient cocktail - this gin concoction always hits the mark!

In keeping true to the drink creator's version and throwing convenience out the door , this recipe calls for a double dose of citrus using both lemon and lime juice.

It packs a flavour punch!

INGREDIENTS
4 - 6 mint leaves
2 oz / 60 ml gin
3/4 oz / 22.5 ml simple syrup
1/2 oz / 15 ml lemon juice
1/2 oz / 15 ml lime juice

Tried an Eastside from your recipe book last night Steve. It was delightful, and your book is awesome, inspiring and organized in a thoughtful and efficient way.

Sounds like the perfect summer refresher. Pitty there's been no sun in scotland for ages now😂. Will just have to drink this in the house with the heating on😂

So it's like a mojito but with gin instead of rum?

Nah some cocktail fraud just wanted to be relevant so copied the mojito and changed it the tiniest bit.
