Spurs biggest problems are the expectations among fans and media. Too many ex spurs players/supporters are pundits (Ohara, Sherwood, Lineker, Dawson, Jenas, Redknapp, Roy Keane supported them)

They have never started any premier league season with the best squad so realistically they start every season only being able to win a league cup or FA Cup and prioritise a top 4 finish over these, so go out early.

They are on same level as Villa and Newcastle (who have also won nothing recently) but pundits and ex players seem to think they should be winning trophies year in, year out. Why? Apparently they have a great stadium and training facilities, so that means they should be winning more?
