If anyone is paying close attention, we have already given up our power to our leaders, our constitution has been rendered essentially meaningless, and we are no longer living in a democracy (have we ever truly been in a democracy?). This I learned after 6 years of a deep dive into US history, US foreign policy and US politics.

I believe we are already starting to move in a better direction very slowly with many people on the planet going through either a material or spiritual awakening, or both.

I went through a material awakening that took six years (what I mentioned above), then a spiritual awakening that took about a year with the aid of plant medicines and a lot of work.

I believe we are ultimately on a positive trajectory, believe it or not, but it may seem like it's getting worse, and things will get worse on the planet. It will simply need to run its course. However, those in the higher vibration will be better able to navigate this change. Yet we do need to strengthen ourselves by taking care of ourselves and finding those that believe and do the same thing. It will take work.

Everyone, hang in there because love and compassion is the driving force in the universe and that will prevail.

It seems when we involuntarily stop breathing we are no longer in the body. Rarely, I fall asleep on my back and have a sleep apnea episode. I stopped breathing and was instantly in a white bright light with an angel. No tunnel travel, it was instant. The love expressed from the light and the angel could heal the entire universe it was so powerful. This happened to me 28 years ago and that love feeling still sticks with me.

She was MAGNIFICENT! When my son, Jacob (coincidence?) died, I tried to wake up from that nightmare, for 2 days, then reality hit and I thought about suicide, I had the pills which wouldn't be messy, but I had to be here for his teenage sons and they had no one else. It's been 2 years now, I still miss him, and before he died he said "This is your fault". He suffered from alcohol and I couldn't stop him. I'm so confused, but I do know I don't want the headache of having kids anymore. My daughter is fine, thank God, but I will always feel guilty. I wish he would come back just to let me know he's okay. Then I could stop crying so much. I didn't even cry when my parents passed, but they were miserable, so for them, death was a blessing. I sit and listen to podcasts. They help. A lot!
