Do more of these! Also the crispiness loses it’s crisp when it’s tucked in a container. The steam from them being cooked causes the chicken to moisten up. I’m sure if you had ate them in store it’ll be whole lot crunchier!

For dim sum its so funny. The Har Gow is THE menu item to judge the quality of a Dim Sum restaurant, however at the same time you really can't fault the chef if it isn't great since they are incredibly challenging to me.
