Today, we are going to show you how to make an easy and great little scrap buster called EPP and Y Seams!

Hi Brenda! Another great video. You with hexies and I have lots and lots of yo yos that I have been doing a bit at a time for the past 2 years. I have two 2 gallon bags full so far. One of these years I will start putting them together. My vision is to have a bedspread from them that will overlay a white spread on our king size bed. I can see the vision in my head. So in the meantime, I will continue doing them bit by bit while I watch TV with my husband. Much love to you. Thank you so very much for sharing your talent with us all. Hi Brenda! Thanks again for another lovely video, this time on EPP hexies. My mother apparently made these when I was very little -- and I'm very old now. 😄 I've tried my hand at them a bit, too, as they're good to work on while watching videos, though it takes me a long time to make a piece that's big enough for a quilt. Oh I loved this! I am gluing right now but your hand basting looks very doable. Great idea to use crumbs for hexies!

I keep hexagons in an old cloth purse (that I carry with me when I have to wait (doctor's office, car repair shop)). If the light is good, I whip stitch the little paper backed pieces together into little flowers. You are correct. They do get used.

Thanks again Brenda for a great tutorial (but you are making your stitches way smaller than 1/8". I do too when hand sewing.) Give Albert some pets and cuddles from me. I miss my kitty. Her name was Stitch. (I believe from the movie Lilo & Stitch as she was named when we rescued her.)

I have a bunch of Epp hexi flowers but don’t know the best way to put them together in a quilt. I have seen different Grandmothers flower garden quilts but no pattern for assembly. Any help would be appreciated. Look forward to all your shows!
