It should be noted that this is Ingrid’s song. That Zayn was a ‘guest’ collaborator. She wrote it and had it ready to go before he was involved. It’s a beautiful duet but would love to see Ingrid get the credit and recognition she so well deserves.

those kinda vocal runs that zayn does are pretty common in desi music (indian, pakistani music). he's pretty in touch with his pakistani roots through culture so he uses the techniques usually seen in our south asian music in his music, too!

aww ingrid used to be my guilty pleasure when I was young.. I used to listen to 'everybody' album all the time... gosh this was really unexpected... it baffles me how she is still relatively unknown... her songs are really good, she has her unique style, you should check her out...

You were right Blake once again, Greys Anatomy put this song in one of the episodes of the 17th season such a beautiful scene. I cried and then I realized it was Zayn's beautiful voice 😊😊

I've never cried to a song when I first listened to it before. This song made me cry in my first two listens. It's that good.

Also btw, the chorus sounds so familiar, I feel like I've heard those melodies in some other song before, hopefully someone could point it out what song it could be, if that exists
