Minecraft Bedrock is the same as Minecraft for Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS/Android (Pocket Edition), and Chromebook. Also Minecraft for smart fridge of course.

The one thing that I would LOVE for Minecraft is an Atmospheric Update, where you get birds chirping in forests or sandstorms that makes your vision limited or having some echo sounds for caves (yes, just like that one mod we all heard and atleast tried 1 time in our lives).

Kinda dumb that mojang is discontinuing vr since if you think about it, when the minecraft movie comes out a lot of kids might go "what if i got transported to minecraft?" Or something like that. And get a vr TO do that. I know me and a lot of people wanted irl minecraft when we were younger. Especially since vr just keeps getting better. And it sucks that I always wanted to play vr minecraft on my console with the psvr/psvr2 but I guess I'll never be able too 😭

I wish the movie was more serious, minecraft has an almost apocalyptic feel, its lonely and desolate and sometimes terrifying. I hope the animated series reflects on that

When they discontinued Dungeons, they said the game was done and they (the developers) were moving onto something else. There's definitely something happening behind closed doors...

They might as well add all the old failed games as DLC in the main game since it already takes very little space to store Minecraft

In defense of Dungeons not getting any new stuff, it was announced they finished adding everything they wanted. Legends though is the real sad story. Oh well.

The only minecraft spin-off I see working is a minecraft soulslike incorporating all aspects of the game, trial chambers, ancient cities, bastions, the end, incorporated into a good storyline and making it be mechanically deep and difficult, I think it will be a hit

The Minecraft Movie using MGMT's Pretend in it's trailer is giving me whiplash. That song is pretty messed up and that's a very weird band in general to use for a movie aimed at younger audiences.

Gives an interesting bit of insight into the marketing team's preferences though!

I enjoyed playing Minecraft in VR.
I didn’t do it often because it wasn’t very practical that way. But the times I chose to do it an hour or two at a time, it was a very unique experience that other VR games can’t compete with. The nostalgic feeling of actually playing it but in a 3d world immerses you and makes that nostalgic feeling come to life.

I hope they pick it back up at some point in the future.

Not much related to the video at all, but this felt like a good community to share about my random incredibly time-consuming silly projects:

After completely removing the obsidian towers from my end, I covered the entire main end island with 3 layers of sand (and equally spaced torches to ensure that no endermen spawn anywhere on the island). I then started building a ton of desert village houses in it, and a half-buried pyramid. Once I cover the whole island with like 6 separate villages, I’ll bring villagers of every biome (including swamp and jungle) over. Like a cosmopolitan island in space where there’s no danger at all :>

I might swap out a portion of the sand for red sand so I can have a red sandstone village in there somewhere

Based on the drops we have seen so far it seems like mojang likes to do two drops per season/quarter of the year, one larger and one smaller I wouldn't be surprised if we saw as many as eight drops in 2025 with four major and four minor drops.

They should return the Sky Dimension to Minecraft and revamped it to a peaceful and good counterpart dimension to the Nether

I don’t know how no one has realized it but there have been tons of hints to what the emojis were

In the previous few updates they added things that they announced much earlier such as bundles and archeology the next update is for spring 2020 adding firefly’s moobloom
And they already hinted that they will work more on pillagers and illagers

There were multiple hints that different types of pigs were gonna be added

Minecraft tried a mini series in the past and it seems no one ever remembers it but it was called Seedlings and only had a few episodes before they canned it. But I remember it was actually pretty dope... or at least when I was 12 it was.
