In this video, I will introduce you to Transaction management in spring [Basics]. Though we are not going to explore it in-depth, Still you will have a good foundation regarding the @transactional annotation. I hope that you have understood Spring jdbc insert, delete, fetch. The only thing remaining in Spring crud is the update operation.
I will not only teach you the update operation, but we will also be understanding Spring Jdbc Batch update. We will perform a batch update using the BatchPreapredStatementSetter.
Note that it’s really important to understand the @Transactional annotation when performing a batch update (updating multiple rows). Placing our Database queries under a transaction helps us from data inconsistency.
