We all assumed that when he said he felt something he meant something on his face, but then again he didn't clarify that he felt something physical, he could've also been referring to something emotional, and he WAS! pride in his son! What a twist. In a crazy world I'm glad to have a bit of controlled chaos in the form of Adam Sandler movies.

As a kid I loved this movie. I’m 17 now and realize that it actually is bad and I’m one of those people that’s loves grown ups 1 & 2, Paul blart mall cop 1 & 2, and some of his other badly criticized movies, but this was bad and I know this movie could’ve been better

The mise-en-scene is dazzling. The symbolism is subtle but powerful. A truly timeless comedy. The dichotomy of Jack and Jill has been, to this day, the most impactful representation of gender struggle in America, not to mention the generous awareness this movie brings to issues of class, such as homelessness. Two thumbs up, or if we're counting Jack and Jill, FOUR thumbs up!
