Hey there! Something important to note for everyone: Stardew is an incredible game in so many ways, and one of them is the different kinds of play styles. This is a great guide, it really is, but if you don't want to rush things or follow everything step by step, that's okay! I, personally, was a bad player my first save 😅. I ended up completing the Comm center year 8... YEAR 8!!! I'm on year 13 now lol! I took so long to do stuff, but you know what? I had so much fun! And I still have fun. Have I gotten plenty of skill and knowledge to be able to complete the center earlier, definitely. Do I do everything I can Spring One? Not really! I do what I feel like because that's my thing. If trying to get thousands of gold Spring One is your thing, do that! Juat saying that no one guide, or any for that matter can show you the true power and diversity this game has even in the first 'month'. Have fun, y'all 😁

Just a heads up for the first time players. Sure guides like this are amazing and super effective but don't forget the real essence and having so much fun on playing a game you don't know. Is to actually playing it without any knowledge and just start doing it and making. a lot of mistakes. At the end of the day it's just a game so don't be afraid to make mistakes and play the game learn discover new fun things.

A lot of year one is making a plan in advance every week then doing a to-do list daily based on multiple factors (luck, birthdays, CC progress, quests, harvests, events, etc). Timing is everything and even luck that enables you to push something else changes your plans. You should also kind of note that when you leave your farm for certain activities you need to take “load outs”. All of this is to limit travel time and hit certain events the correct way.

If your new and didn’t know when festivals start and end, you wouldn’t necessarily know to spend time pre-planting for strawberries on the morning of the 13th. There’s things in this video that I learned from but a lot of what’s here is based on some studious knowledge and memorization of the game’s unspoken mechanics and knowing events/timing well.

I think you’ll end up catching a lot of flak here because your luck in getting certain items like the TC to bump your money early. All-in-all, this is a guide someone should follow after their first play through. One, because a raw run is like gold for any game in life..and two, because you need to learn some basics and then set timing goals like when to get to mastery or open the CC by a certain day.

Without significant RNG, this guide is impossible. I even managed to do everything on day 5 by the skin of my teeth. You have way too much gold randomly and the cuts make it impossible to gauge if I’m on track or not.
