$1500 to get seal coat of an Aston Martin is a steal

The threat of a felony will probably make anyone want to pay up. The damage to this car could probably be assessed to be over $5000 which is where it goes from a misdemeanour to a felony.

Did some more research. Definitely a felony in Ohio, where this happened. The threshold is $1000.

When a customer would pick up his car without paying at a city dealer I worked for, A cop would call the customer and tell them to come to pay the bill or he would get them. It was paid over the phone quickly

Sealer does not come off easy. You catch it soon enough, you can use solvall to get it off then use soapy water to keep it from staying on the clear coat.

That's crazy, my car got stolen and the cops wanted nothing to do with it and proceeded to do literally nothing

The cop probably told the guy he was a mobster and owned the car And that it would be advantageous to his health to make sure he paid for the damage😂😅

I saw NYPD do that with a parking garage owner/manager/attendant. Overheard some tough talk and then all of a sudden there was free locksmith service after the garage locked the keys in the lady's truck.

All neighbor had to do was knock on the door and say hey. Ur car may get dirty because I'm doing xyz. Nobody communicates anymore.

Old school cops are great. Friend of my dad pulled the kid out of his car who was stealing his 3rd radio. (Boston 70s). Cop headlights lit him up as he was beating the kid. Thinking he was screwed, the cop got out and said "Let us know when you're done, we'll cleanup".

Why would a teacher do THAT? Jealous that you can afford an Aston Martin and he can’t? Extremely low self-esteem? In any case, he should pay for the damage PLUS face criminal vandalism charges. I would want a grand for the GRIEF.

doesn't matter if it was malicious or not. only if the company was responsible for the damage. but very amazed the company jumped at the chance to make it right.
