cayenne pepper 1 tsp
hot sauce 1 tsp

onion powder 1 tsp
pepper 4 cranks

I was the lowest weight at 160 from 218. Then, my brain went to other "problems". Im currently back up to 193 lbs!!!!😢 I'm trying to get back on the horse. Last night i made a botana for my hubby (tortilla chips), and i had the same, but in a salad form (no chips). But then this morning, i ate a cookie with the last of my coffee!!! I knew what i was doing, but the willpower was nowhere to be seen!! I'm still trying, i know it can be done, because i did it at one time!! Wish me luck!!!😊😢😂

Hi Casey. How do i deal with constant hunger ... need to lose 60 lbs but its not going well because the hunger gets me and i fall off :(
