Chicken Cacciatore Pinch of Mexican Style All Protein

If you like chicken and veggies you will love Chicken Cacciatore. Because we ate Italian food in our house at least once a week, I’m making this dish for you. It’s great!
Here we go:
As olive oil begins to get hot add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Turn once. Add Wine. Stir. Add Veggies. Stir. Add chicken bouillon powder, all the seasonings and sugar is you wish. I do.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Add shredded Mozzarella cheese then bake for 10 more minutes. Serve over Pasta or It’s a great Atkins high protein dish without the pasta. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Chicken
Olive Oil, 4 tablespoons
Veggies:
1 large can of Whole Tomatoes
1 can of Black Olives
Bell Peppers: 1 orange, 1 green
Mushrooms, 10 sliced
Onions, I Red Onion chopped
Garlic, 4 tablespoons
Spices:
Salt, 1 – 2 Tablespoons (to your taste)
Pepper, 2 – 4 Tablespoons (to your taste)
Oregano, 1 Tablespoon
Chicken Bouillon, 3 Cubes or 3 teaspoons
Basil, 1 Tablespoon
1 cup of Red Wine
2 Teaspoons Sugar (optional)
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Angel Hair Pasta (optional)
