In a big blow to the Gujarat government, the Supreme Court on Thursday refused to remove comments made in its order related to the release of convicts in the Bilkis Bano case. The state requested removal of certain remarks against it when the top court overruled the premature release of 11 men convicted of raping Bilkis Bano and killing her family during the 2002 Gujarat riots.

Why Gujarat government is spitting on their own face by pleading the review petition of the murderer and rapist in Supreme Court of India. This Court has done justice to bilkis banu you Gujarat so be proud to and compensate for the victim bilkis banu for your wrong doing

Not out of context to talk about the forced exodus of Kashmiri Brahmins.Sad that the Kashmiri Pandits's families did not file any case against the gangs involved in forced conversions, gang rapes and mass murders and some of the culprits involved are still roaming free., escaping the punishment..

Had the same court been gracious enough to admit the PIL in case of kashmiri pandits and given justice to girja tikku also then only there could have been any meaning of the comments in bilkis case

Other wise it smacks of hindu phobia where the Hindus don't have the same rights as muslims
