You can accomplish a lot when you put the customer instead of the investor first.
Especially in a more vertical integrated model where every tiny step in the supply chain does not need to be optimized for maximum profit to keep the investors happy which is the main reason why Chinese EV's are that much cheaper than the rest.

And it's not like the US government doesn't give subsidies, tax breaks and cheap loans to its car companies either. Like how Ford received a $9.2 billion from the government. General Motors received over $7 billion and Stellantis (Chrysler) received about $3 billion. Yet despite this giant pile of money I somehow doubt that these companies will be making cars that can compete on price/quality. If anything most of that money will likely just end in the pockets of investors instead of into a better product.

America's leadership be it its politicians or its business leaders lack vision. They only care about the short term stock prices. It's basically self sabotage at this point.

And, by the time you get one to the USA, it them costs about $65, or $70, 000.00
That means it's not sustainable next your they go up 3-4, 000.00

Don't forget to make a device that makes it easy for you to change the isotope number, it will be very useful, it will make it easier for you to use synthetic raw materials that you create according to your needs.

I will take you a long leap forward, you have to start research to make synthetic radioactive materials for your needs and needs regarding uranium, so that in the future you can synchronize your technology with the energy sources you create and reduce your dependence on uranium from the other country
