Obsidian Polearm: Forsaken Temple
Draketooth: The Summit
Hero Offhand: Any Map
Arcanist Crown: The Keep
Guard Gloves: Tornado Highlands
Guard Chest: Royal Gardens
Guard Boots: Ancient Mines
Miner Gloves: Alchemical Laboratory
Miner Chest: The Summit
Miner Boots: Throne Room
Propeller Cat Pet: Alchemical Laboratory
Accessories were farmed from each of the boss maps :)

Mystical Repair can be found anywhere in Act 1
Warrior Monk can be found anywhere in Act 5
Exploding Aura can be found anywhere in Act 5
Sluggish Aura can be found anywhere in Act 2
Lightning Strikes can be found anywhere in Act 1
