US President Joe Biden has had another "incoherent rant" and a "mini meltdown", according to Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi.

Ms Panahi assessed a recent clip of President Biden discussing Israel.

"Watch him completely mix up a well-known expression as he casually threatens Israel," Ms Panahi said.
