यह सर्वविदित है कि विद्युत ऊर्जा को सामान्य तौर पर संरक्षित नहीं किया जा सकता। अतिरिक्त उत्पादित ऊर्जा नष्ट हो जाती है। इस ऊर्जा को संरक्षित (Store) करने हेतु या तो बैटरी स्टोरेज सिस्टम चाहिए या फिर पौण्डेज (जलाशय ) स्टोरेज सिस्टम चौहिए और दोनों ही अधिकांश स्टेट डिस्काम के पास नहीं है। ऐसे में स्टेट डिस्काम से इनर्जी बैंकिग कराया जाना कितना उचित या अनुचित है ? कृपया इस पर भी प्रकाश डालने का कष्ट करें। कृपया यह भी बताने का कष्ट करें कि अन्य उपभोक्ताओं की टैरिफ पर क्या असर पड़ेगा।
यह बैंकिंग कार्य बैंक में पैसा रखने जैसा तो नहीं हैं ना सर जी।
