This is a good video for a student who can follow it at this speed. And thats important because many students don't need a 12 minute lesson on this and can get pretty bored with a lesson that takes that long. I've personally made a 12 minute version and I watched yours to learn how others might present it at a faster pace. I like it. I toy with the idea of doing each of my lessons twice, once in fast pace and once in a slower pace. Lot of work thought. Thanks for the video.

I'm not a maths guru and certainly not a mathematician but from what I've seen, I think it's simpler than the one I really know

Mr Mario but why adding both sides by b^2/4a^2 any reason for that, or is it just like that.

Best explanation I could find of this. Needed it for school but they taught me it weird and I didn't get it, so this was perfect. Pacing was great and your explanation was super simple and it just clicked. Great video dude!

Excellent. There are so many videos on the use of this equation, but not a derivation. (There is one other that I found, but "it" violated or left out algebraic steps.

Thank for jogging my memory, after a hiatus of 53 years. I recall, that I used to remove (divide) a in the first step, then shift c/a to the right hand side.

Why we divide "a" on the both sides of the equation at the first ?

it’s difficult to see your equations....
Perhaps if you wrote larger or tighten the shot could help

What happened to the "x, " multiplying with "b, " the middle one? ax^2 + b("x")+c = 0.
