Their M1p is a peice of junk too. After multiple issues with the motor, controller, and brakes, mine just sits in my garage broken down and unusable. Thanks for your honest review.

I have the Romeo Pro, when it arrived it was in bad shape from shipping. The fork was broken. The seat was cut the derailer was bent, etc. etc. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they immediately started shipping me replacement parts and offered to compensate me for my labor. The parts did arrive even though a few of them took a little time coming from China, I did not ask to be compensated for my labor, but they intern sent me a free carrier. As far as a warranty claim, it doesn’t get any better than this.

I got a Juliet in February and love it so far. It was listed as in stock on Eahora's website when I purchased it then I got an email from them that it was out of stock for like 2 weeks, and they threw in a free basket to make up for it. I didn't care because it was still cold outside. The only flaw on mine was some scratches on the frame near the pedals, which I don't care about because I'm taking it in the woods and can touch it up with black spray paint. Customer service has been very good to me, sucks you had a bad experience.

Not just Romeo.
The whole line of products I'm sure. I got the Cupid. Defective and a nightmare to have returned or replaced.

I got romeo2 week ago, everything is fine right from the box no problems., excellent bike. This si my 3-rd bike from eahora, and did not have problems with the other two. . It does not mean that everything is bad from eahora, but some issues could happen with anybody cuz nobody have 100% insurance that everything will go smooth and pleasent., problems can happen with anybody, sad to hear that. This is my expirience

I'm error 05 on the pro 2. Sometimes the throttle works and sometimes it doesn't. I've done all the disconnecting and reconnecting, checking pins, but it's still happening. I'm with all the others here. It looks awesome, I just wish they worked.
I noticed the bar end style mirror. Can you, please, give me some pointers on removing their end cap. The bolt just spins for me and the cap won't come off.

What broke on your bike that they tried to make you pay for? Thanks in advance. Been researching e-bikes and have had my eyes set on the Romeo Pro 2.

That sucks, I hope its trouble free now!

I see a lot of people having issues with the bike being delivered and having some parts broke but I think it’s because it weights 150 pounds and it’s way to heavy to transport it without someone dropping it in some fashion that’s just my opinion I think they should mail the bike in pieces maybe 2 or 3

What would you recommend for a avid deer hunter in regards to dual motor ebikes to haul me and my gear and hopefully a deer ? I want a bike thats not 5grand and will haul me and my hunting gear & tow a cargo trailer also when needed... please point me towards a dependable, strong bike that will suit my needs as a 6ft 200lbs 45 yr old hunter that will mostly use the bike to access farms, woodlands, gamelands etc. !!! I just want a bike that i can tow and haul gear plus myself without peddling and that will ride smooth on rough terrain and be silent and have zero rattling, clanging and banging when going across bumps and rough terrain, i need to be able to cruise at slow speed & be able to kinda creep along on motor in most situations but i also want to be able to hit the road at speed ! Please help me make a informed decision...

ANY bike who's name you can barely pronounce or sounds like it's some off the wall pronunciation that was typed by someone with epilepsy is going to be mostly JUNK....
I mean Amazon set the standard and is a good example of letting things in this country that do not belong, do not meet standards or codes and can be downright dangerous.

I guess I'm trapped because I love the look so much I'd just eat it on the motor and batteries. I'm buying it. A fool and his money...
